Additional costs may apply for customs duties and taxes. These only partially cover the costs for postage, freight, and packaging. HECHTER PARIS covers the rest for you.
The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you again in the shopping cart system.

You can track the status of your order in your personal customer account and via the tracking link of our shipping partner. You will be informed about your order status by email. You can also view this at any time in your customer account.

Once your package has left our warehouse, you can track the shipment. You will automatically receive the tracking number and a link from our shipping partner via email. With the help of the link, you can check the delivery status of your order. If you have a HECHTER PARIS customer account, you can track the status of your order at any time.
