Payment
You can mark products without obligation by clicking on the button "ADD TO BASKET". You can view your shopping basket at any time by clicking on the shopping bag symbol at the top right. Products can be removed from the shopping basket by clicking on the "DELETE" button. If you would like to buy the products in your shopping cart, click the button "CONTINUE TO CHECKOUT".
We offer different payment methods. You can pay with a VISA and Mastercard credit card, via Paypal, via Amazon Pay and on account.
Order
We will dispatch your order on the same working day, but no later than the following working day. In the case of prepayment, the delivery period only applies from receipt of the full invoice amount.
For deliveries within Germany, shipping costs of €2.95 apply, regardless of the size or weight of your order. Shipping costs for deliveries to other countries are €5.95 or €7.95 (depending on the country), regardless of the size or weight of your order.
Yes, you can view the status of your order at any time in your personal customer account. You also have the option of tracking your shipment on the internet as soon as it has left our shipping warehouse. To do this, you will receive the parcel number and a link to the online portal of our shipping partner by e-mail.
You can view all your orders and returns in "My account" under the menu item "Orders".
If something is missing from your delivery, please check your delivery note first to see if all items are listed there or if there is a note that parts of the order will be sent in another shipment. If this is not the case or you have received the wrong goods, please contact us by e-mail at service.de@hechter.com or by telephone on +49 (0) 89 143 67 152 190. We will do our best to correct the error as quickly as possible. We are available for you Mon – Fri, 09:30 – 18:00.
Return
Orders from Germany, Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Austria and Poland can be returned free of charge within our 14-day right of withdrawal.
For returns from other countries, we will charge you € 3.95 shipping costs, which will be charged directly to the return transfer. For all returns, we ask you to use the return slip and the return sticker enclosed with the delivery for Germany. For international returns, please use the links listed under the menu item "Returns" and print out the corresponding returns slips. Gift wrapping costs will not be refunded for returned goods.
You will find details on how to return your order on the return slip. As a customer, you are not bound to your orders within the meaning of § 13 BGB (German Civil Code) if you revoke them within a period of 14 days after receipt of the goods. The period begins at the earliest upon receipt of a detailed revocation instruction in text form. The revocation does not have to contain a reason and can be made in text form an service.de@hechter.com or by returning the goods at our risk. In the case of returned goods, the gift packaging and shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
Customer Account
You can place an order with us without a customer account. We only need your personal data, the delivery address and the billing address for delivery. A customer account simplifies ordering in our online shop. It helps you to keep track of your orders. You can create a customer account here.
Protect your personal password and keep it in a safe place. If you have forgotten your password, you can use the "FORGOTTEN PASSWORD" function to request a new password by e-mail. A link in the email will take you to our website where you can set a new password.
Vouchers
If you want to redeem a voucher, enter the corresponding code in the "Voucher" field during the ordering process.
And it’s as easy as that:
- Select your desired items and place them in the shopping basket.
- Redeem your voucher by entering the code in the "Redeem voucher" field.
- Click on "redeem" and the voucher amount will be automatically deducted from your order. The voucher code is valid only once and expires after redemption.
The validity and minimum purchase can be found in the respective terms and conditions of redemption on your voucher. Cash redemption and subsequent offsetting against previous orders is not possible. The voucher code must be entered during the respective order process. Please note that our vouchers can only be redeemed once per order and customer account.
Vouchers will not be paid out in the event of returns or credited pro rata to the items kept. If you would like to reorder your desired item in a different size or colour, please contact us for a replacement voucher by email service.de@hechter.com or call us on +49 (0) 89 143 67 152 190. We are available from Mon – Fri, 09:30 – 18:00.
Only one voucher can be redeemed per order.
Security guarantee
Yes, on https://www.hechter.com personal data is transmitted in encrypted form and thus protected from unauthorised access by third parties.
We guarantee the security of your payment by credit card. Your payment data is reliably protected against unauthorised access on our security server. All data that you provide to us in the course of the order are transmitted in encrypted form. This applies in particular to credit card information. We use the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) coding system for this. The credit card is one of the safest means of payment when shopping on the Internet.
